Merino wool hugh Howey has scored twice to give the hosts a 3-1 win over Udinese in their return to Serie A.
The striker is back in action for the first time since the Italian club sent him out on loan after he was sent to Manchester United in 2016.
“It was a very nice gesture,” Udinese coach Giuseppe Martino told reporters.
“We all know how good he is and how he’s always been at the top of the game.
He’s the most consistent player we’ve had. “
It was nice to see him again.
He’ll learn a lot in the coming weeks.””
He’s a young player and he’s got lots of experience.

Martino said he was looking forward to seeing Howey in action.
“I think he will be back in time for the weekend,” he said.
“That’s the main thing.”
Howey, 24, made his debut in February and has scored in each of Udinese’s two games since then.
